Net went down for a few minutes. Back up and restarted now.

It may be intermittent for awhile as they work out wtf ever they are doing.

Currently, login is the only thing working properly in MoP. Will be working with devs to keep it going and we should see significant progress as more data is collected from live.

Got a long way to go before there's even a point in a test server. Will keep updates here (if any) as it progresses.

Huh..dang it
Server didn't copy the fix over. I've moved it into the queue to copy over on next restart.

Not sure why it decided not to copy it but it should now.

Crash issue is still on KA for Stamina pets because the compile failed. It's being reworked and will be in on next restart after compile finishes.

Kick Ash didn't much like the update to Stamina pets..compiling a fix for it and will restart with it up in a few minutes. Strange that it works fine on DA (Windows). Linux is much more picky about certain things.

Oh well

And comments are disabled until further notice. Tired of trying to keep up with the latest exploits from these idiotic spammers. Absolutely NO PURPOSE to what they do...but I've already been down that rant. Can't spam here if you can't fing type here. Suck it.

Got a few updates coming out for the cata servers. Still haven't figured out the "Healer using cage pet" problem. But, I'm in the process of fixing it.

Cage Pets:
*Draconic Rage - Currently granting 20% Melee and Spellcasting Haste regardless of the pet's agility level
-I checked this spell using debug code and it's definitely adding the proper amount of haste..though it may not be on client side. It does a simple +% to haste by a specific amount manually put in. No dbcs or anything to screw it up.
*Arcane Haste - Currently granting 650 bonus spell power and 20% spell haste regardless of the pet's intellect level
-Secondary proc aura was not pulling values from primary. It will now.
*Pets have no melee attack distance when in Aggressive mode
-Adjusted melee distance to 10.0f (roughly 8 yards give or take).
*Thundershock has range of 5yards
-Not sure what's up with this spell..since the cast range is set at 30yrds and the AOE distance is 5yrds from target. Modified distance to 40yrds and aoe to 8yrds for further testing
*Electric Discharge
-Same as Thundershock except the aoe part.
*Stamina Pet Revisit
-The Stamina pet will now receive an Ultimate ability (1000+ Stamina) that is much improved - 20% of all damage taken by it's owner is redirected to itself and all incoming damage (including the redirected damage) is reduced by 50%.

*Succubus pet Seduction has no DR
-Adjusted this and other fear flagged spells for DR (some fears are not yet flagged properly)

For Those That Keep Asking
The plans for the servers are pretty straight forward at this point. There's not much of anything that can be done right now to upgrade to 4.3 because every patch breaks it again..and there are many planned from Blizzard up to MoP expansion. We don't plan on doing any major changes at least until that point.

If you take a look at the Core Devs websites, you'll see that they as well have not been updated in months. This is because it's near impossible to keep up and there are several roadblocks along the way.

I will be revisiting upgrade options after the new expansion comes out..but until then, do not expect any major revisions. As I've said many times already..we both have lives and neither are willing to give anyone else access to do updates..because (as has been proven before) it will not go well.

For the record, I have a 4.3 server working but I'm not releasing it because it causes more crashes and stability issues than anything. It also will take months to add all our custom changes into it. By then, the next patch or expansion even will be out..breaking everything that was done. When Blizzard calms down on major revisions, we will consider moving forward.

Repairs and updates that don't involve 4.3+ are welcome suggestions and I will work on them periodically as I have free time. Ash also checks the bug tracker for quests, items, and other related fixes pretty much daily. It's not like we're standing still..

Server downtime
Server had a slight hiccup while doing the monthly drawing pulls. Should be back up and running now and Ash will be in shortly to do the drawings for the month.

Database was getting slightly bloated so Ash ran an orphan query to clean it up. Will not affect any players as it's items/etc with no ownership (and no storage).
